Additionally, he tracks marketed properties and typically presents those deals at a bottom line price which is at steep discount compared the list price. The Hype Group team is knowledgeable on all Florida markets and always does a great job explaining the dynamics of each market.

Harassing calls from Jacqueline.....She reached out to ALL the children of the property owner, harassing them about selling a property. When she was turned down, she kept calling anyone she could find. Extremely unprofessional and ethically questionable behavior.

When we were looking at selling our home Pablo and Raul were able to quickly give us a market analysis with an estimate for what we could sell our house for. They also advised us on some basic upgrades which we made that totaled under 5K and ended up helping us get an extra 35K more value for home compared to the initial analysis done when the process started. Our house ended up being the highest home sold in our neighborhood despite not having as much square footage as some of our neighbors. Had a very unprofessional experience with Djibril Sow. I got to view and amazing apartment that I absolutely fell in love with. It was slightly above my price range but I felt it was worth it for such a great place. I attempted to work with Mr. Sow to begin the rental process, during which time we discussed one specific move-in date throughout the whole process. He had moments during the process where I noticed he was a bit condescending implying that I did not understand the urgency of the rental process when I needed to ask questions for clarification and I noticed that some aspects of the process were done a bit sloppily (being 20 minutes late to the viewing with no apology, incorrect addresses listed in documents, unprofessional document headers, etc) but I overlooked this because I un
