The office staff is kind, patient, and very helpful for my grandparents. I can relax knowing my grandparents are taken care of.

Very nice and clean... Everyone was polite and helpful, I'd rather stay there when in the area.

UPDATE:. This property's staff is STILL horrible and useless. NO ONE hired for the front office is QUALIFIED for the position. Zero courtesy or professionalism. They feel because of the demographic and economic duration, the residents don't deserve ANY respect or courtesy! It's ridiculous! Whoever hours these people needs to be FIRED! There should be checks and balances! A mystery shop or something to hold the office staff accountable! The new Hispanic last working on the office has ZERO etiquette. (I'll update with her name as soon as I get it). There are plenty of people that NEED jobs and willing to offer GREAT customer service to our elderly. Asset Living should BE ASHAMED! My mother recently moved and I thought that the apartments were nice and seemed well kept but the front office staff is subpar. No one is ever in the leasing office or answer the phone. When they are away they do not put a sign on the door so there is a lot of back and forth. I noticed that most of the residence are black and I feel like they are treated this way because the community is a mostly black community. I would like someone to reach out to me because I am prepared to file a formal complaint. My mother was not given a copy of her leasing paperwork as promised and again every time she tries to call no one answers or return calls from the leasing office in a timely fashion. If this is not resolved I will escalate it. Thank you in advance for your immediate response regarding this

The Huntington at chimney rock is a very nice senior community to live at with very friendly neighbors that always speak and are considerate and quiet. The assistant manager Alexis Mendez is a wonderful asset to this community. She has always been very helpful with any problem. For instance my ice maker just suddenly stopped working and she did research to figure out the problem to get it working again. She does a great job and cares about the residents. I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. K Woodfork
