The Hundred Exchange

I’ve been living at The Hundred Exchange for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The community is quiet and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and responsive whenever I need something. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are kept in great condition. The location is super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, but still tucked away enough that it feels peaceful. Parking is easy, and the neighbors have all been polite and respectful. Overall, The Hundred Exchange has a really comfortable, home-like vibe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed place to live.

This is my review of The Hundred Exchange it’s a bit lengthy so enjoy haha. My family and I were looking for a new home that was affordable and safe; especially having children. When I called I was greeted by Summer. She was so kind and sounded happy to answer the phone! That was an immediate plus being that some places did not even answer the phone; let alone sound happy to speak to someone. She explained the process to apply and scheduled me for a showing immediately. The entire process she answered every question and moved with appropriate quickness. Since I have been living here, it has felt like a family. Melissa, Jacob, and Summer are kind. There are lots of families in the neighborhood and I will cherish the memories we have all made by the pool this past summer. Maintenance answers

Jacob is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. The entire process was quick and stress-free. He made sure my family and I were well taken care of and felt right at home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend The Hundred Exchange!!!

This is one of the best communities in Fayette County especially if you have children. I've been in the community once before for a short period of time but this time has proved to be a meaningful experience. Our pool stays open later than most, our gym is peaceful and the community is a true family in many ways. I'm pleased and would recommend.

The hundred exchange is AMAZING! The customer service is superb! From getting us moved in, to our current apartment needs , the staff has always been super helpful & kind. Jacob & Summer have made our experience so pleasant. If you’re thinking of moving here, make sure to ask for them & they’ll take GREAT care of you!
