My son just recently moved there.The whole experience has been a nightmare. From the first day and is currently ongoing. His upstairs neighbor is very DISRESPECTFUL.. allows their dog to run back an forth NON STOP from 2 a.m until God knows how long. The dog is constantly running an knocking things over. Loud guest all times of the night. It’s been reported and nothing is or has changed. Dog poop an urine around the entire building. Mailroom is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Do not get packages sent! They are thrown in an unlocked room and you literally have to pick through it to find yours if you can at all. I wish he would have researched this place before hand. I’m praying I can get him to break his lease soon. There hasn’t been one time that I visited an the noise upstairs

I would strongly advise prospective residents to reconsider living at this property. The grounds are poorly maintained, as many pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. Upon stepping outside, there is a persistent odor of dried urine, and dog waste is frequently found in the stairwells. Additionally, the maintenance staff demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ privacy, entering units without knocking and nearly walking in on me while I was undressed Security is another significant issue. Unauthorized individuals have managed to enter the building, resulting in stolen packages. The property is also excessively noisy, often causing me to wake up as early as 5 AM. First thing’s first,,.Amazing staff! Very helpful, understanding and resourceful. The facilities were VERY CLEAN and my apartment is huge! Located in the heart of the city and near everything…I’m loving THE HUDSON!

Apartment has leaked water three times. Whoever rents here next, do not take 101. Hell don’t even rent. Management is poor. They do not fix problems. Only temporary solutions. I was told there’s no moisture in my apartment. I said well there’s mold and mildew. Carol said there would have to be moisture to have mold and mildew. Yet these pictures seem to speak otherwise. Editing my previous review, apartment has now leaked four times. This time worse than all others. Ceiling rained water all in kitchen. My counters are coming apart from the walls. Every single appliance and anything imaginable was up in about four inches of water. Maintenance entered and cleaned up. Okay to enter in emergency. I get it. But I received no call no letter. Potential renters "BEWARE". You can hear everything from all sides in these apartments. There seems to be no insulation from noise of any kind. I have woken up many nights and have been disturbed on many days because of the sounds of my neighbor's talking, walking, yelling, watching television, listening to music, moving items across the floor, dogs yelping, etc. You have to be careful about what you say in your apartment, because you might be heard by the neighbor. There's dog poop in the hallways, and I had brown stuff leaking from the ceiling. Once you sign the lease, you're locked in, unless you are willing to lose a lot of money.
