When I say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, I mean exactly that. I moved here because everything was new, the property looked great, and the complex seemed promising. But everything that glitters is definitely not gold. Honestly, I would’ve been better off staying at The Verandas, and that says a lot. The biggest issue has been the complete lack of communication between the office staff and management. I’ve lived here for a year, and I cannot wait to move next week. I will not be renewing my lease. I’d rather give my money to a place that actually values its tenants and knows how to respond to an email. I had a very disappointing experience at Hudson at Pecan Creek, mainly due to the behavior of their leasing agent, Jackie. When I walked in to ask if they accepted walk-in tours, instead of greeting me or getting up to speak with me, she simply pointed her finger at me and motioned for me to come over to her office. It immediately felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. During the conversation, she repeatedly interrupted me and never allowed me to finish a sentence. One of the first things she asked was whether I “make enough or too little” to qualify, which came across as very rude and poorly worded. My roommate and I applied and we had to go back and forth for 2 months. They would never communicate with us, we constantly had to physically go up there and Daphne would say “oh I was going to give you a call” about any part of the application, but she never did. They said me and my roommate were both full time students and they couldn’t rent to us, but only I was a full time student, my roommate works full time and does one day a week at a trade school. They always lacked communication and we had to go up there to tell them to cancel our application and had to sign somewhere else less than a week before our previous lease ended. Daphne is one of the best employees I have met at any apartment complex, and I lived in 4 different places, she is patient, nice, and SO helpful, I can't think of anyone better. Now I will say that this complex is VERY STRICT when it comes to income, but if you read the passages as you apply it says the prerequisites in order for your application to be eligible for approval. I would recommend applying as SOON as you turn in a notice to vacate. (at least a month) But again, Daphne if you see this my partner and I are rooting for you keep doing what you're doing and keep growing you're great and people notice. THANK YOU.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Although the apartments are great the office staff is very unprofessional. I have lived here since July and I have never been able to access the gym not once. The only time I seen the gym was during the tour. I have caught at least once a week asking for a key fob to the gym and I’ve been met with the same response every time. It’s either we have a new manager or we’re working on it. It’s been almost 5 months and there has been no progress made. I called the office plenty of times asking for updates and no one ever gets back with me. Last week I spoke with the representative by the name of Daniel, and he was extremely rude to me. After placing me on hold he even hung up the second time I called.. Upon moving in my advertise amenities was a business center, a pool ,and a gym. If Part of the
