The Howard at West Brunswick

The noise is horrible in this building. I live on the first floor and there is no peace and quiet. Large dogs barking all the time above me. I would have never signed a lease to live under large dogs barking supposed to be “small dogs” only. This is not luxury at all, I can hear my neighbors through the walls and ceiling talking, screaming, etc. These apartments are not insulated at ALL for sound. Inside my apt there is ZERO sound barrier between the two bedrooms in fact I don’t think they insulated the interior walls inside the apts at all. As I’m typing this review right now all I hear is loud noise from my neighbor above me. The ceiling is poorly insulated for sound and so are the adjoining walls. Don’t waste your money if you think these apts are “luxury” they are not. You will not

I highly do not recommend this apartment complex. I will not be renewing my lease with them due to the horrible managment. The dog waste never gets cleaned up by the residents and the management does nothing about it. They disregard any complaints and don’t take any recommendations to make things better. The “Luxury” aspect is quit funny.
