I would give zero if possible! Horrible people to deal with. I have been on a wait list for over 5 years now at multiple locations. I was told today I was not on a waitlist for one place and that the previous manager was no longer there (lasted 3 months with them) and did not save my application. Told to send new application and would be on the bottom of the waitlist again. Seriously, they go through managers like underwear. They have also had managers that calculated my income way wrong, 10k over what I actually made. I told them this and was ghosted and put at the bottom of the waitlist again!! I must say; I am pleased with the professionalism as well as quality of work from this company. They have really superseded my expectations as a property management company. I hope to continue our relationship for the next 18years or so. I highly recommend them to anyone looking. Efficient and cost effective. Plus they have the most friendly, knowledgeable, safe and attentive staff. A total win win in my book.

Everybody thinks all landlords are heartless and non-understanding, but this one takes the cake. They claim to operate a 55 and older complex at the Sky Ridge apartments. However, these apartments are neither handicapped friendly nor elderly friendly. Just keep in mind the time that they closed down the entire parking lot and threw everybody, wheelchair users and all, out to find a parking spot on the streets, resulting in some people with severe disabilities having to walk five or six blocks to get back to the complex. There is not handicapped access except through a few doors, the floors are wavy and go up and down like a continuous set of ramps that makes any kind of wheelchair or scooter hard to manage. Wanted to file a formal complaint in regards to one of there properties management was given an email for a Vickey, who originally responded to my email that she was who I should speak to. 4 weeks later never received even an acknowledgment of my email or even that they cared. Good management company right there!!

Hazel Park Apartments, This is not the place to live if you own animals, can't play fetch in the doggie area. dogs have to remain on a leash. Family can't visit for more than 14 days in a six month period, a 1 hour visit is consider an over night. You have to walk more than 100 years to smoke weather rain or shine, Patio no smoking zone. Manager constant harassment. Takes pictures of tenants to submit incompliance notices, also the manager Sheryl Scheel is asking care providers to give information on clients to use aganst them. Manager has no compassion or empathy, or the knowledge on how to work with the elderly, very abusive
