We would definitely recommend renting with Horton Company! Our house sold faster than expected and we didn't want to buy another home just to buy. So we contacted for a rental application and found the security deposit and pet deposit for 2 dogs and 1 cat very reasonable. We rented for a year without any issues. During this past summer our AC unit went out and they promptly called the on call service to have it fixed. Upon move out we followed the instructions and received our security deposit without any deductions. Definitely give them a call if you or someone you know is in need of a rental. I can honestly say if you treat the home as if it were your own you will have a positive experience as well.
