Customer Reviews
I’ve had a really positive experience with this community. The property is clean, well kept, and feels safe and calm. Management has been responsive and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. The move in process was smooth and straightforward, and any questions I’ve had were answered quickly. Overall, it just feels well run and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it!
Living at the Hillson Apartment Complex in Nashville has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, move-in dates were constantly pushed back with little to no communication or accountability. What should have been an exciting transition turned into weeks of uncertainty and stress. On top of that, there was clear false advertising. Management promised two months free as a leasing incentive, which was a major reason for signing. After moving in, that promise mysteriously disappeared and the complex is now attempting to go back on their advertising, despite multiple follow-ups. Being misled like that feels dishonest and unprofessional. The front desk staff is extremely unorganized and inconsistent. Getting straight answers is nearly impossible, and every visit
Now that I’m officially moved out I can leave an honest review. During my two years of living here, I enjoyed my time and had a good experience for the most part. I lived on the 3rd floor and faced the woods so I would experience the most beautiful sunsets, had good neighbors, and always felt safe even when walking my dog at night. As far as cons, the hallways were ALWAYS dirty even after they said they were going to power wash. The campus slowly declined during my last few months there-dog poop everywhere, no cleaning materials in the gym, etc. Though I did love the space and price for my unit, there are probably better deals within the area. Also, stay on top of receiving any money you are owed upon move out. I had to show in person to receive my refund.
MAJOR security issues. My car was broken into last night, along with several others. The Police officer said they have several break ins over here and asked what made us move here. I replied we moved from out of state and didn’t realize it was not safe, it looked like a nice complex. Our apartment was broke into, November. The complex has no security measures and basically let us know we were on our own, it was our responsibility to stay safe. After 2 days, they did fix our door. We are charged for valet trash- however, not consistently picked up. The office doesn’t respond to emails, difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Parking- AWFUL. There is not enough parking spots, so People will park in the middle of the road making it difficult to pull out. Nothing is done. People park
I truly am at a loss for words for how poorly this property is taken care of because it really does have potential and could be such a beautiful property if management/owners cared more about the place. We took a tour of this apartment and although the gym and pool seem like really nice amenities, the rest of the tour was.. well...unpleasant, to say the least. Walking to the apartment we were being shown, you could smell the very strong odor of the dumpsters. Not something, I'd like to smell taking my kids to the pool... fast forward.. reaching the top of the stairs we were met with pure disgust as we saw the excessive amounts of stains from garbage juices, and whatever else, spread across the entire hallway.. it felt so dirty and unsanitary that I made everyone sanitize their hands once w
