The Hills at Milford Mill Apartments

I’ve been living here almost 3 years now. This place is really starting to turn to slum lord energy, trash doesn’t get picked up, repairs take far too long etc and so long. For example my neighbors apartment caught on fire like a month ago, the fire department shattered almost every window (except the master bedroom) and my apartments interior is exposed to the elements, luckily we haven’t had heavy rain or anything recently but if we did my apartment would take on water since they didn’t even attempt to seal the windows that were broken all the way through let alone replace them as they should. Not only that but they also didn’t bother to pick up the gates they cut off our windows NOR clean the broken parts from the front from when the fire department broke the neighbors windows… again it

When I first moved here I was very hopeful but this has been a nightmare. When I first moved in I had no hot water and no heat. They did fix it only for it to break again. The way they have carelessly left the residents to figure out how to get themselves out of the snow is ridiculous!!! There is no sidewalks to walk on. Maintenance will throw your chair if you leave it in a parking space that you had to dig yourself even though they and whoever they contracted did a horrible job. Lets not mention the countless number of cars who are parked in my particular area who don't even live here and don't ever move their cars. The rent here is not worth the treatment that we get as residents. If you are considering moving here, please do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble.

I have lived in this complex since 2012, and what I experienced this winter with the snow, was inhumane and unconsiderate especially for people living with disabilities. My advice to you is that this is not the place where inclusiveness, and wellbeing for people enabled differently. Yes, if a snow truck can dump all the snow in two handicapped, medically assigned park places, and despite reporting to the office about it, and a child with disabilities missing an appointment because the pavement with the handicap access is blocked by a huge amount of snow then there are serious issues with the management of this company. Its saddening to see lack of respect for others wellbeing. The only reason i did not give it a 1, was because it has been my home for 14 years.

There has been no snow plow truck plowing these lots at The hills at Milford Mill and none of the walkways are shoveled. It’s a very bad inconvenience for the people that live at the property and need to travel to work.

The hills at Millford Mill Apartments Is great example of when a well kept family and pet friendly neighborhood is supported by a wonderful and welcoming staff. I don't usually leave reviews but after touring the other day with Adrianne I have to say there's quite a standard set here for how pleasant being toured through new homes could be! Not to mention how lovely the scenery is just upon entering the neighborhood you're greeted with a very easy going atmosphere with kids running around and a nice nice pool with seemingly very easy going people all around. Milford Mills is definitely at the top of my list so far if not for the beautifully scenery and neighborhood than for the wonderful easy going and communicative nature of the staff!
