**Update** So, the abandoned cars are gone (the ones that were noted prior), there's still this really dirty abandoned white van in the very front of the property. Now.....there's a mouse problem. 🫠 I've let maintenance know and they've been out to fill the gaps and whatnot but, the attached picture is after the holes were filled. I get there's some inconveniences when living in an apartment but this might just be an issue. We've been here since September and the layout of the property is beautiful. Since moving in we called about the multiple abandoned vehicles on our side alone (see photo), the very dark back parking lot (better have your phone light while walking the dog), dark side walk throughs (where the lights are broken or missing), the lack of poop bags and poop throughout the g

The leasing office and apartment community have been great from the very beginning. The staff has been extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our time here, always responsive and professional whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance team is amazing — work orders are usually completed the same day or by the following day, which we really appreciate. The neighborhood is quiet overall and well-kept, and we truly have no complaints. It’s been a very positive living experience for our household.

I have lived in this community for over a year and a half, and it has been the most positive apartment living experience I’ve had, especially compared to the other complexes I lived in throughout my 20s (eight different apartment communities across three states!). My unit is quiet and spacious, and I’ve never had issues with bugs, rodents, or malfunctioning appliances. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever lost power or experienced a water shut-off since living here. For what it’s worth, I work in property management, and we regularly receive calls from residents dealing with these exact issues. I feel very fortunate to live in a community where those problems simply aren’t common. The Hills at Kenilworth maintenance, cleaning staffs are the BEST in the business. They are quick to resolve maintenance issues and the grounds are always kept up. I do wish we the residents showed them more respect by placing the trash in the bins properly. It can be an eyesore to deal with and not to mention…it can create rodent issues. Again…best staff ever. They work hard and are always respectful to the residents.. we have to treat them better!

I would like to thank the staff, in particular, Sabrina and Danielle, for taking the time to process my lease renewal (third year). Due to certain circumstances, my lease is a bit complicated and they took care of all my concerns and now I have ease of mind and a great place to stay for another year!
