The Hill at Milford Mill

The serenity of the Apartment location earned them the 3 star ⭐ rating. But living in this apartment is indeed very disturbing especially when you have a reckless neighbor who leaves above you in the upper floors with several kids and a dog. The level rocking of the floors goes till dead night at times 2AM and starts as early as 6AM. The Management of the apartment does not have a solution to this depressive kind of living that some tenants subject co-tenants to. I would have been very specific about the Apartment concern but safety I wouldn't be able to do so.
