Hello, The high rating I assigned to this topic solely reflects my total respect for person’s ( especially female person’s) whom have the courage to use their voices. Although, in this instance “Noelle Simmons”, the former Assistant Hilarita Apartments Property Site Manager fails to share the fact that in life most horrible smells, advice, and or experiences flow down hill from the top all over the people/ tenants of the Hilarita. In my experience with Ms Simmon’s misguided anger, hazards administrative skills and infantile social emotional behaviour the folks that remained “WHOLE AND SAFE” at the Hilarita did so in spite of Ms Simmons placing 92% of 400 tenants health safety and shelter/ continued housing at risk.
