I’m honestly not sure why a few people choose to post misleading reviews—it’s really upsetting because my experience has been the complete opposite. The Highbank has been my home for the past 7 months, and it has truly been a great place to live. Travonta is an amazing manager who genuinely cares about the residents and the community. You can tell there’s real effort being put into making this property better every day. The team has been organizing events nonstop, which makes it easy to connect with neighbors and feel at home here. The office staff is always open, transparent, and willing to help. I’ve also noticed increased security, which gives me peace of mind. Parking has been convenient, the landscaping looks beautiful, and it’s clear that maintenance stays on top of things—the hall

This apartment was amazing before new management took over. Hosting multiple events make up for the poor communication. Imagine scheduling painters to paint the parking garage and telling residents the morning of that they would need to move their cars. "Effective immediately, all vehicles parked on the 1st & 2nd floors of the parking garage must be moved to the 3rd level or higher" at 11:42 AM. Super professional. Super considerate. Ever since this complex started accepting Housing Finance Corporation YOU CAN DEFINITELY tell. When something is broken we aren't given updates and the elevators ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Ms. Racheal, Travonta, and Ms. Brandy have always been right there to help.To show you how vested they are in their residence, they will address you by your name and not just another tenant. They are incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring — truly a dream team! When my package was misplaced, Brandy went above and beyond to help me track it down in the system. After my surgery, Ms. Racheal was so kind and attentive, making sure both my guest and I had everything we needed and answering all of our questions. My family and I have lived here for almost 4 years and love to call the highbank home. I’m heartbroken from reading the lies some people have said. The office staff is truly amazing . Some things have changed like parking but they host events and parties with wine and different foods and are always warm and welcoming. Maintenance takes care of every issue we report. The courtesy officer did a good job responding to our noise complaint this weekend. It’s luxury living so you will pay a pretty penny but it’s 100% worth it. We truly love it here
