The Hideaway Apartments

I have lived at the Hideway Apartments for quite some time now. I have seen many different Property Management groups and managers run this complex. I will say that the current management staff with Affinity Property Management have been great. They are easy to get in touch with and solve your issues In a timely manner. The Hideway itself is nice and quiet. Tucked off the road with only 35 units. Fanno Creek runs through the middle of the complex which is a nice feature. One big plus is the location. The Hideway is located right on the bus line with downtown Portland about 15 minutes away and Beaverton 10 minutes away. So if you don't drive makes it very convenient. The biggest plus though is the rent is reasonable for the Portland area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice pl

I've been living here. Let's say over 5 years. They chose good name for the place. Cause it is sort of tucked out of the way. There is little to no crime here. And besides a couple yapping dogs, the place is pretty quiet, too. So if you're into blasting your radio or throwing parties, this place is not the place for you. Anytime I needed maintenance? They're right on it. The laundry room has 5 washers and dryers. And its card only? Which I've never had a problem with? And I've only had to wait a couple times to do laundry. They keep the outside and the stairways clean. The only thing I don't like is they raise the rent. A $100 every year. And I'm hoping there's a cutoff point before I can't pay the rent.😁

I really appreciate how attentive Khataun is to the property, he keeps the dog stations clean and property looking great! I enjoy having my friends and family over due to his work.
