The Heritage at Arlington Apartment Homes

My daughter lives here and the management refuses to enforce noise violations. Her neighbor has a barking dog that is obnoxious. When she complained management told her she could move. The neighbor is the one violating the lease, not her. He should be forced to move or give up the dog. We talked to a couple of other neighbors that complained about the dog as well, so I know it’s not just thin walls. It’s extremely unprofessional for them to suggest she move.

If I could give zero stars to this management company I would. My friends have been without electricity for 2-3 days, the only option they offered was for them to stay in a model apartment where if anything happened in that apartment they could be liable. They have two small children that were affected by this as well. This is absolutely ridiculous and heartbreaking that they do not care about there tenants. Do not rent from here! The Property Manager and Maintenance do not care about there tenants and did not address the situation promptly or effectively. The Property Manager is also extremely rude and has also been harassing them daily but not fixing the issue. The vendor they had come out didn’t even make them a priority and went to other jobs that were contracted out before assessing t

Beautiful gardening Areas, Surrounded with walking path, Super waste management, high genie , well mannered Staff, dedicated supervision and sincere community and Apartment timely maintenance and if the residency’s reported any request of complaints, immediate action’s will take. These are the main reasons to support this Heritage At Home Apartment group.

The new property management took over our apartments the office was beautiful & the people that helped us were very nice and and helpful

If I could give a thousand stars I would. The Heritage has been the best community I have lived at in Greenville. A quiet and clean community, kind staff, attentive and well mannered maintenance staff who are respectful of your home, and so much more. The office staff continues to be helpful with anything you need and makes sure you comprehend the situation. I would recommend the heritage to anyone looking for housing. You will not be disappointed.
