The Henslow Daniel Island Apartments & Townhomes

Hannah, Mike and Steven have been wonderful throughout my move to The Henslow Daniel Island. They are extremely professional, personable and patient. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the common areas and landscaping are stunning. This property is luxury living at its best and I love living here!

The Henslow is such a wonderful addition to Daniel Island and the Charleston area! From the moment I moved in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. I especially want to highlight the maintenance team - Mike and Steven are absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly responsive to every maintenance request I submitted and always went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. It’s rare to find a maintenance team that is both skilled and genuinely personable. The whole Henslow team really knows how to make a property feel like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better living experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment on Daniel Island!

If you are seeking quiet, serene and architecturally beautiful, then this is for you. I’m still debating in Mount p or DI . I work downtown. When I toured the home, what immediately stood out were the thoughtful details—especially the built-in lighting under the cabinets, the backsplash, and the bathroom. The pool is architecturally stunning, with a luxurious, infinity-style feel. It receives excellent sunlight, even in January, which is such a bonus. The fire pit area is warm and inviting, and the chef-style grilling station adds a thoughtful social touch. The clubhouse is far from ordinary—it’s clearly designed with intention. While passing through, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and Steven from the maintenance team, both of whom were incredibly professional, approachable, and clearly take great pride in their work. The property itself was exceptionally well maintained — the landscaping was tidy, the common areas were spotless, and every detail reflected the care and consistency of a well-managed community. What truly stood out, however, was the atmosphere among the residents. Every tenant I spoke with or observed seemed genuinely happy, comfortable, and proud to call The Henslow home.
