The Henry

I am absolutely blown away by the way Allan manages this property. He has made everything so seamless, so easy, and is a true partner to the residents. I was choosing between a few buildings in Coral Gables and Allan was the reason I went with the Henry. He is EXCELLENT at what he does. I have been managing everything from France and New York, sight unseen, and it's been easier than ever because of Allan.

The staff at the Henry is wonderful! Ever since I moved in Allan has been friendly, responsive, and quick to help if I ever have questions. He immediately made me feel comfortable when I first toured and his energy has remained ever since!

The property manager Allan is quick and efficient, with every single request since moving in. I’ve had a few questions and he has always addressed them promptly. Today, I wasn’t sure if my rent payment went through the online portal and requested he check on his end. Im so impressed with how quick he responded. This is a great place to live. Thank you Allan for making The Henry such an amazing community! From your smile at the front desk greeting every resident by name when they enter the building, to hosting events for the tenants. Great building; great staff! I can’t believe I rented without seeing the apt, but Allan made me feel so comfortable that I trusted…The process was smooth and I felt so welcomed. Unit was clean and in great condition. Building is well kept and very clean. So happy to have joined the Henry’s community 🩷

Allan and the entire team were great through the whole process. My family had to relocate urgently and Allan worked with us to apply and move in as fast as possible. We are excited to be a part of this community 😀. Thanks for all you've done to make this a smooth transition
