The Helmsman

I just wanted to highlight how wonderful and professional the three women Olivia, Liz and Kimberlin who run the office here at the Helmsman. Liz has been extremely helpful with me loosing my postal key etc… She goes out of her way to help me. The building is immaculate. These women always have a big smile, a kind word and are focused on always making sure that the residence are their first priority. My dog loves that the woman make sure the treat jar always has treats! I cannot thank these three woman enough for making this truly a beautiful place to call home!!

I’m so happy here is gonna be almost 2 years that I live here. The place is gorgeous. The new staff in the office are amazing. Maintenance is so on top of everything. You have a problem they are right here to help. Pool luxurious beautiful!!!I feel like I am in the best resort everyday. Supermarket everything is right here. I’m extremely happy to live here!! Thank you 😊 for everything!!!!🤗🤗

The Helmsman is a beautiful community in a prime location so it’s definitely worth checking out. Even though I’ve never been a resident here, that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful which is sometimes hard to get. I’m grateful for every interaction I’ve had with them!

Absolutely loved the apartments and the staff was super friendly during our tour. Clean, well kept up with and the New Property company is doing an amazing job with the place. Its close to a ton of shops and even a park! Glad we had the opportunity to tour here!

From the very beginning, she has been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the lease coordination process. She made what can often feel like a stressful process smooth and straightforward by communicating clearly, answering my questions quickly, and keeping me updated every step of the way.
