Midtown Heights has been an incredible place to live, and a huge part of that is because of Laurel. She is truly amazing and feels like a gift to this community. She made the entire move‑in process easy, welcoming, and completely stress‑free. She goes above and beyond every single day, and it shows. Laurel is out on the property every morning, checking on things, following up, and making sure residents are taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are unmatched. She deserves a humanitarian award for the way she treats people and the pride she takes in her work. Midtown Heights is lucky to have her.

I've lived here for 3 years. Since Lauren Joice has become the property manager it has elevated my experience. Work orders for repairs are done quickly and efficiently. Upgrades on security and lighting are everywhere. The valet garbage is picked up every day on schedule. Pest control is here regularly. People pick up after their dogs and everyone has them on leash. I just downsized to a smaller apartment and it was in perfect condition. I loved my townhouse with the washer dryer and all the space but I needed something smaller for personal reasons. My new place was an easy sell to me and I happily stayed instead of moving elsewhere. It has new fixtures, new flooring, the bathroom was lovely and closet space is fantastic. I'm so happy with my experience. I would recommend this place to any

I would give this property 10 stars because of Laurel and Luis! Laurel is so sweet and helpful, she’s always out on property making sure things are perfect. Luis takes care of any maintenance issues I have with quickness and a smile! 10/10 recommend!

The office and matinance on site are Very pleasant and and so helpful with every situation that I have encountered. Addressing issues Very professionally and promptly. 👍👍 A huge asset to our community 👏 🙌 Thank you guys. The new manager Laurel is amazing and helpful she listens and cares about her residents and is making me want to stay with her management for the forseen future! I just wanted to add to my review and just say that things are wonderful at our property thanks to the new management Laurel and her new maintenance guy Eduardo are changing things for the better we just did the Easter thing with my grandson and I've never seen him so happy she's really an amazing person

Miss Laurel is very thorough. She’s attentive, sweet, and kind. She gets everything done for us asap! The unit was clean, and well prepped, and she got us moved in asap. Definitely worth the move! ☺️
