The Heights at Worthington Place

We recently experienced an issue with the call box system not redirecting to residents’ phones, which was affecting food and guest deliveries. I reached out to the management team, and Najah Fleary responded promptly and professionally. She kept us informed, arranged for a technician quickly, and the call feature was restored the same day. I love the place, the lobby is very nice. Even the front desk guy who I shall not name let me try to unlock our mailbox with 2 pens. But the toilet in the lobby has too much flush torque and if we want to get a new oven we have to store it by our self. Finally, please get new coffee holders on the cups my beautiful hands can’t handle it! Written by a kiddo who lives here.

I love living here at the Heights. Great amenities, neighbors, so much to do around the building. But the best part is the property managers , and especially maintenance, Garrett. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful complex. We rented a 2 bedroom pool view. The unit was clean and up to date. We loved the trash service and available assigned covered parking. The community is friendly and great. Close to good restaurants and shopping. The location is the best with easy access to 23, 315, and 270. Worthington is an open and inviting community with superior schools. You will be pleased to meet the staff at The Heights. The staff are inviting and super friendly. They always are eager to assist with your needs!! We fulfilled our lease and moved away to another state. The deposit return went smoothly without issue. We will come back to The Heights if we ever move back to the area.

I have been living at the Heights for 2 1/2 years now and I enjoy calling this place home. Location is exactly what I was looking for. It’s not super busy but near the freeway, making it easy to go around Columbus. It’s close to Polaris mall but also close to Dublin. There is a library down the street and a lot of nice family shopping areas. Walking distance from Krogers and other shopping stores. The staff is great and the club house is always clean. Everyone has been friendly. During the summer, they bring food trucks. The pool and gym area is well kept and cleaned. I feel safe and at home here.
