The Heights at Signal Hill

I enjoy living here at The Heights at Signal Hill. I have been living in this tranquil community for 3 years now. I like how I have my own carport, and there is ample parking on the street if I have family or friends over. What also makes living here great is our community director Leah Atkins and Daniel from the maintenance team. Leah and Daniel always work on and complete my maintenance requests in a quick time frame. They are always friendly and helpful whenever I stop by the office. Also, Leah sends out emails for community events and when community amenities need to be fixed. Thanks for everything!

I lived here for more than 10 years. What I liked most about being here is the prompt response and repairs completed by the maintenance guy Daniel. He’s responsible for everything and does a great job with the repairs my apartment needed and kept me informed of how long it would take. He’s truly a person of his word and the best and most helpful person at the Heights of Signal Hill.

Will always remember The Heights! Enjoyed the management team always being proactive with requests, improving the facility, and also the staff. It was a great experience for the two full years we’ve lived here. I hope future residents enjoy the walks up the hill top if they have pets! Thank you Carina you the best !

I have lived here going on 10 years! Let me just say this, it’s a great environment for the children, You feel safe, it’s quiet, it’s close to schools, easy access to the fwy, if there any type of problem in the unit and you report it, it’s handled right away, management staff is friendly, close to shopping, close to Costco, eating in or take out, it’s your all around spot to live it! Love and enjoy living here! Have you ever had your management office deliver pizza to your day just because you are a tenant, have you ever had the management office give you a gift card to say thanks, have you ever had a management office buy your little one a gifts not a gift for Christmas, we’ll heights of signal does abs they have done so much more. I just want to give a shoutout to the manager Debra, she just recently step up into the role of being manger and has been amazing. She tends to issues and concerns i have in a timely manner. Also my daughter adores Debra and she makes my lil one comfortable and would always want to go get snacks from the office all the time.
