The Heights at Post Oak

I am very upset at how I have been contacting maintenance for the same reason over and over again but it's okay.Thete are loose dogs roaming around inside of a gated community , first off second I think they knew what was going on but still leased this apartment anyway.Like America, Most people pay to be oppressed and doesn't even see it.Rather it be taxes, rent etc .. When you think you are paying for worth , or you think u r paying to have or live a better life or have a better future you are really not . You are really paying to be oppressed.The value of these apartments should be lower than the offered price.Im still fighting thisqtter until I leave . I'm also working towards my passport. I am African American, and getting prepared to travel to a better worthed country that has more

Mrs. Amy is a real asset to the team here! She was able to help me get the issue I had resolved quickly and calmed my nerves with her grace and compassionate demeanor throughout the process. She definitely works hard to ensure that tenants are treated fairly and that our concerns are addressed with dignity and professionalism! Thank you for all of your efforts, Amy! I really appreciate the help that I’ve been getting with getting my apartment here as it is my first time. Susanna has pretty much helped me through the whole process getting everything together and I can really appreciate that & she’s even helped me with any questions that I have throughout my couple of months here so far, shoutout to her!

1 Star Review (Would give 0 if I could!) Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with these apartments. The new manager, Mrs. Michelle, is flat-out rude, unprofessional, and has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen in property management. She talks down to people, acts like she’s above everyone, and clearly has no idea how to treat potential residents with respect. I came in genuinely interested in moving here, but after dealing with her, I wouldn’t live here if rent was free. On two separate occasions, I tried to speak with her about something important, and she was completely rude, nasty, and dismissive both times. If you want to live somewhere where NOTHING IS EVER FIXED BY MAINTENANCE move here ! They will give you the run around for weeks and constantly say they are going to come yet they go in the system and repeatedly cancels the order or marks it as complete than actually doing the work. Then you can call the office over and over and over do you think it gets fixed still NOPE. They aid in the run around by giving false promises that have STILL not been met. Yes rent is cheap but is it worth your sanity ? NO.
