The Heights at Monte Sano

I recently moved back to The Heights At Monte Sano. Even though management has changed I am BEYOND impressed with how things are being ran since returning. Halle, is positive and the most creative decorating the office every month for residents to enjoy. Buzz, is welcoming and always make sure to interact when he sees you on the property. Frank, is by far the most helpful maintenance team we have had since living here. There has been many occasions when something needs attention and he quickly responds. Thank You Heights for providing such a wonderful atmosphere.

This is a wonderful little complex, close to the Huntsville and shopping in Hampton Cove. The property is always clean, and picked up for the fur babies safety.

We love our apartment, the view, and the fact that everything we need is within a few miles . Everyone is friendly, most people stop to talk when we & Snow are sitting on the patio. The staff is amazing! Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly.

I have been living here going on 5 years now. I am so pleased with the new management team that is now in place. Buzz and Halle are amazing and the property has never looked better! They take pride and it shows! Thank you for a safe environment I can call home!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and well maintained. Management is always there to talk too and take care of all my concerns. So glad I choice this place to call home. Thank you, The Heights of Monte Sano. your pleased resident.
