The Heights at Millcroft Apartments

I got my official notice that I will be moving into the beautiful Heights at Millcroft. I had passed by many times and finally stopped for a tour with Frank, he was a delight! He walked me through the community and explained all the nice features of the apartment homes. Afterwards I had the pleasure of working with Matt on my application and approval. It was a seamless process beginning to end. I am super excited!!

The leasing team is amazing! Matt and Frank are true professionals. They are very responsive, and always quick to resolve any questions or issues. The processes are well organized, and everything has been smooth from the beginning. I’m really happy that we chose this community and truly enjoy living here.

I’ve had a great experience living at Heights at Millcroft Apartments in Buford, GA. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and comfortable. The management team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something is needed, which really makes a difference. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the amenities are always kept in great condition. The location is also a big plus—close to shopping, dining, and major roads, but still peaceful. I highly recommend Heights at Millcroft to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I wanted to come back and leave a real review. I moved jn December of 2023 and have never regretted one moment! I have lived in two other apartment communities since owning a home, this is my third. By far, this is the best community. It lives up to your expectations, great floor plans, great neighbors, affordable, and awesome amenities. The staff is genuine and very helpful, and that is not always the case. Matt was my agent and he is awesome, but so is every single consultant in the office, as well as the managers. When I had a maintenance request, there was a great response time from our capable and qualified technicians. They came quickly and fixed my minor issues. Finally, a very friendly pet community, even keeps treats for them in the office. This is a great community to consider.
