The Heights at Meridian Apartments

We really enjoyed our time living here. It was the nicest apartment I had lived in up to that point, and it truly felt like home while we were there. The maintenance team was always quick to respond and fix any issues, and they were friendly whenever we saw them around the property. Josh, the property manager, was there from the time I started renting and was always approachable and friendly. We especially appreciated his willingness to accommodate a request we had at renewal. It meant a lot. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend the community.

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and while I truly love the apartment and location, the safety issues have become extremely concerning. There have been so many car break-ins that it’s hard to understand why more action hasn’t been taken by management. In just one month—specifically over a two-week span in January—my roommate’s car and our neighbor’s car were both broken into TWICE. After talking with other residents, we learned this is a common occurrence here, which is very unsettling. As a student, dealing with this level of stress and uncertainty has been especially difficult. We just want peace of mind coming home and being able to sleep at night knowing our cars are safe. My experience with the staff was awesome. They did everything right by me. When I had a problem, I called management and they worked it out. The whole staff were very nice and honest with me about everything. This is very important to me because my last landlord was not honest and didn’t care about anything. I have been touring apartments and I must say the Heights has been the best!! My daughter and I went in on a Sunday and toured with Robert who was so very informative with regard to pricing and model availability.The apartment we toured had marble countertops, stainless appliances, gorgeous archways,and the lake view is awesome! I went through the app process with Helayna and she was a delight .She worked diligently to get me approved to be apart of the Heights at Meridian family. Thanks so much to such a great team!!!

The office staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful! Any questions or concerns are handled promptly, and communication is always clear and courteous. Maintenance requests are addressed efficiently, and the team does a great job ensuring issues are resolved the right way the first time. The amenities are well-kept and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment!
