Customer service is key!!! My partner and I went in (I made the apmt online) for a tour. We walked in and the greeter -Josh- asked how he could help, I have my name & I let him know we were about 30 mins early for our tour but we wanted to see if we could still get the tour. He stayed sitting on his desk & said he didn’t see an apmt … we just stood there until he said well I guess I’ll give you a tour either way.. we are still standing there … Asked for an ID. I gave mine, he took a picture of it (which worried me) then started the tour. Josh is tall, I’m short… although my partner is also tall … I don’t walk at the same pace and neither does my partner (to consider my height) During the whole tour, Josh was walking extremely fast, he was way ahead of us and while he talked we had no ide

7 year resident and now moving. Things were great when I moved in 2018 but after 2022 the management changed and this place went down hill fast. A once quiet, respectful complex with courteous neighbors has now turned to a loud, discourteous and unkept property to include the roach epidemic on this property inside and out. Local homeless people frequent the property through the open gates surrounding the property and go through garbage or occupy unsecured garages temporarily. Watch your step, nearly every resident has an animal and refuses to clean up after their own pet. No security camera service or guards on site, not an actual gated community when the gates are open 24/7. Multiple vehicle break ins and vehicle theft happen in and around this property and on the street. The garages

One of the worst apartments ever! I have been living here for 3 years and it’s been nothing but headaches. First off the parking is horrendous! there is no visitor parking and good luck finding parking in the street. Lately they have been doing a “asphalt maintenance” which has become a nightmare there is no where to park but they will threaten to tow your car if you’re in “their way”. The garages are shared with multiple people so prepare for your stuff to be messed with because no one cares enough to shut the garages. The maintenance men have no clue what they are doing everything done in the apartments are mickey mouse jobs. They paint over anything plus use cheap resin on your bathroom and kitchen that peels off over time making your place look cheap. There is mold/water damage underne

I've lived in this community for 10 years. I have never had a negative experience. The community for the most part is quiet, there rowdy neighbors everywhere LOL. The management staff is wonderful and always professional. I'm always greeted with a smile and they always work with me to help solve any issues I may have. I have to give a shout out to the maintenance crew also, because without them, everything will be in chaos. They work diligently to keep the grounds clean and well maintained. They are professional and complete work orders in a timely manner. Shout out to Mrya and her staff for being the best!!!

They taped a wire to our building loudly in the middle of the night with no warning to pretend they fixed our internet after they broke it. This, of course, did not fix the internet. They then sent a guy over to ask if the internet was fixed. It's not. Then he said he was going to cancel the work order since he showed up. Internet is still out and has been for days, and they'd rather gaslight than fix the issue they caused.
