I was disappointed to learn Norma was falsely advertising one of her listings. When I nicely pointed it out to her instead of owning it she was sharp and abrasive. As a cash buyer of a large commercial property her poor response may have cost her seller a deal. I gave her a two stars only because she responded to our message reasonably promptly.

I recently completed a commercial real estate transaction with Norma and I could not be happier with her performance. I would reach out to her at all hours, weekends and she always answered and would promptly get the answers and most importantly kept all parties on schedule to a successful closing.

We attempted a purchase of a house listed through this agency. Norma Hooten, the owner, has been very difficult to work with and refused to uphold her clients end of the contract. We were to gain possession of the property immediately following signing and sellers were to be out by 8:30am. Our closing was scheduled at 10am but the sellers were still very much in the house with a garage full of boxes still left to pack up. She informed us, without our consent, the sellers would be out at noon regardless of our gaining possession well before that. We already had painters and carpet cleaners scheduled to start at 11am. Throughout the entire process of compromising on specifics for the contract whatever we asked for we were met with refusal or ignorant suggestions like giving us a $50 credit

Norma is honest and forthright in her business practices. She is a true professional!
