Lived here two times. 2011 to 2012 then again 2018 to 2019. First time was a private owner. Second was a rental company. Each time I loved the apartments living room, laundry room and kitchen downstairs with a half bath room. Upstairs are the master bedroom and the guest or in our case my son's room. Full bathroom. Loved when it snowed and looking out the bedroom windows. The park beside it is nice. Loved the rabbits there. West Burlington school is just walking distance. Great jobs all around in 5 to 15 minute driving distance. If we move back north this is my first place to go. Monthly rent is still good.
Ive lived here for a year now, Liv Lavendar bought after I moved in, I ABSOLUTELY love Ramon (Maintenance Man) hes GREAT, TRUST WORTHY & GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES!!!
Worst place to live. Have lived here 3 years and the maintance team never fixes things when they say they will. Property manager pushes things off and won’t help when you contact her about issues
