The Haven at Riverlights by Pulte Homes

We closed on our house 11/6/25 and have not moved in yet. Looking forward to getting settled in January. The entire process was flawless. Both James Wilson and Jake Stump were very helpful bringing the build to completion. Jake was very responsive with emails and was always available to answer all of my questions. James Wilson was great to work with. Very knowledge regarding everything about the build. The pre-dry wall inspection really helps to see how structurally sound the house was built and you could see how important is was to James that everything was done correctly. For the preliminary walk through I was surprised to see how in depth it was. Walking through every room to check and see if everything was working properly. And then going outside to do the same. James had a final check

We have a Pulte home in Riverlights and will provide our building and post-purchase experience here. Our home closed Dec 2022. The sales rep, likely to secure a sale, severely underestimated the building timeline by 4 months. We had 2 different Project Managers during our 10-month building process. Both young and inexperienced, which led to ineffective or misleading communications and poor project oversight. We were given a very short notice on our closing although we had asked for some type of window for weeks. At this point, 15 months later we are battling with them to fix our siding which was incorrectly painted due to poor project oversight. A few of those are pictured here. We just closed @ the Haven @ Riverlights and were fortunate to have James Wilson as our construction manager and Jake Stump as our sales rep. Both were incredibly knowledgeable of the home and construction process. The closing window was very close to initial projections and communication throughout the process was excellent since we bought from out of state. Still too soon to review overall construction worthiness (only closed 3 days ago), but so far, everything is running smoothly, house was delivered as promised and James made sure all final walk through issues were resolved by closing. Loving our Pulte Home and riverlights community.

The construction manager and sales manager were outstanding! They were responsive, friendly, knowledgable, and helped us through the home buying process. I highly recommend purchasing a Pulte home if you are shopping for a great place to live.
