The Harriet Apartments are a 💎 in the heart of downtown Baltimore. With digital entry at each entrance, and Concierge or Security attending the front desk throughout the day and night, you get the sense that this is almost an eccentric safe space in Baltimore city. I love the historical intricate details, and natural lighting filling the halls. The stone and marble work throughout the building to highlight its immersive city hall counterparts. The renovations throughout the building and units really gives the Harriet, a luxury loft allure. I really enjoy my lux conveniences throughout the building, the rooftop penthouse with outdoor deck is always a perk, perfect to impress guests with amaaazziinggg views of the city in every direction. The dog park on the other side of the roof, isola

I am currently a resident of the harriet. If you're thinking of moving here do not. The management here and at regional is not good. I first moved here last year around winter time. At the time I had an issue with the windows and I told the management. They tried things here and there like adding foam but it wasn't placed at the correct places therefore did nothing for the windows. I suggested they add plastic and gave them videos and pictures showing them about it. They eventually after reminding them multiple times started to get the supplies but claimed because the windows so large it is taking longer. By the time they got the plastic it was already warming up. Last winter I ran up my bill by having the heat at 80 degrees. With my apartment anyone that comes here will be cold if I do

The building is clean and the price for RENT is reasonable. However parking is a struggle. All of the closest parking garages are full. If you feel like going on a long walk everyday to get to and from your car then you won’t have a problem with this place. That will also add about $200 to your monthly bills for this apartment. I live by myself I work full time and I’m in school full time so I’m only home to shower and sleep. But my electric and water bill resembles someone with 3 bedrooms and 4 people living with them. My electric bill has never been less that $380 and my water bill has never been less that $120. ( I LIVE ALONE)!! On top of that it was very easy to get in contact with leasing while I was applying and touring however now that I am moved in and have questions about charges

ROACHES …… I moved in this past July and have never had roaches before in my life! When I first mentioned seeing an adult roach to the leasing office, the agent dismissively said, “I’ve been here three years and we’ve never had roaches.” They scheduled an exterminator, but the lack of empathy was disappointing. Other issues: windows don’t open, insulation is poor, traffic from Fayette Street is loud, and some residents leave trash and alcohol bottles in the rooftop lounge without cleaning up after themselves. Electricity bills are $200+, so renters beware. I had high hopes when I moved in, but I will not continue fighting with roaches and am already looking for a new place to live. Overall, I expected more from this place.i

Finding housing from out of state can often be a daunting process, but Lachon from the leasing office made the entire experience incredibly straightforward and manageable. She was friendly, professional, and deeply knowledgeable about both The Harriet Apartments and the surrounding area. She was attentive to every question I had and consistently followed through on all her commitments. It’s clear she truly cares about helping people find the right fit. I’m grateful for her support throughout this process!
