2 stars because the office staff is great, but that is just about it. I’m going to ignore the mice, roaches and creepy men who follow you to your car and around the building and whistle at you and just focus on the trash today. If you want everyone you invite over to know you live in an absolute dump, then this is the place for you. There is trash absolutely every where outside, inside the elevators, and bags of literal poop by the entrance door to top it off (that dosnt lock so anyone can enter after going through the fence btw). There’s the same pieces of trash that have been by the pond since 3 months ago when I moved here. It is so embarrassing to invite anyone over and have to excuse how disgusting your HOME is outside. No one cares what this place looks like except for in the front.

I would love to speak with someone above the management team about these issues. I have documentation of things and my moving out and would absolutely like to speak with someone about nothing working in this apartment from electric work to the poor living situation... barely working laundry rooms and washers/dryers.. sounds like nothing has changed since I left a year and a half ago- not to mention as you never responded about mice or roaches infesting this complex is a show-tell of your knowledge of all of these issues. I would absolutely love to speak with someone about all of this. I stopped paying rent because your advertising of this place was something extravagant when it was nothing short of disgusting and terrible. fire alarms, elevators not working, trash everywhere... A working progress place. Lived here for a while and in my time there has been major transformation with new management. A lot of new renovations and remodeling has been happening over the time and has improved the apartment. For the Denver Southeast location, the view from the patio are gorgeous and having the large acre of land surrounding makes it feel very comforting. Because the building is such an old building there’s so many more improvements to be made. There are a few complaints I have when it comes to the people and trash being everywhere and the kind of neighbors that live in the building, but slow that is improving.The safety can be improved at the apartments, and especially the gates being more secured but again they have been improving slowly . A good girlfriend of mine lives there and it’s ghetto. Her apartment has no working heat for months. No security at all: the “secured” parking lots have no lights and are full of broken glass and the fence is broken. It is pitch black, totally unsafe and they’ve been out for almost a year. They have a “security guard” for resident safety, Overflowing trash in the hallways and cockroaches, and it’s a sketchy neighborhood with plenty crime.

I love the area that this property is located in. It's great for people that love walking and biking. The property has been renovated fairly recently as well, so you get a good bang for your buck.
