We recently purchased a home in Marietta and the Hardin team was awesome. Anyone going through this process right now knows how crazy the market is and how aggressive a buyer has to be to get under contract on a house. Kristin and Brent were both very quick and thorough with all communications as well as facilitating in-person and virtual showings (we were out of town buyers). Throughout the process the Hardin team was prompt, informative, encouraging, and (most importantly), they were quick and aggressive when we needed to provide a competitive offer on our dream house. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Words cannot express how awesome it was to have the Hardin Team help us navigate our home buying journey. They are the perfect balance of personable and professional; we will be directly referring any family/ friends looking to buy or sell to them. Phillip was always responsive and available to answer any questions we had- or get the answers from someone else, when needed. Eliza made sure to get us all our documents in a timely manner. Kristen sent shout outs and words of encouragement throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in buying our first home!
