The Harbor at Valley Shores

Minor issues here and there and kinda pricey. The workers make up for it though! Hannah seems to know her job and is always looking to help. But the saving grace here is definitely Jayden the maintenance MAN! Never lived at a place that had a better one. If they lose him, that's a good sign to leave this place because it was crap service before they found him! I guess that's why they call him the problem solver 🤣

I've lived here coming up on a year and I can't be happier with my choice to move here. The apartment complex is clean, well kept maintained. The neighbors are friendly. So nice that the apartments are pet friendly, which is very nice for many people. The pool, the gym and the comments area are very comfortable, well kept and clean. Jolene, the property manager is the ticket. She is very personable and professional all at the same time.... Have questions. Jolene will have the answers. Location is superb for getting anywhere worth a drive to check it out.

I have loved living at The Harbor. I have a large, modern one bedroom apartment. The appliances are amazing, and if I ever have an issue, maintenance is there to fix it so quickly. The amenities are amazing (pool, gym, coffee bar, etc) They are pet friendly, and my dog adores our neighbor dogs and the dog park. The Manager, Jo, is amazing. She ensures it’s a comfortable, homey feeling everywhere. I would highly recommend the Harbor to anyone looking for their new home!

Reached out to set up a tour and was immediately responded to and got in the same day. I met up with Jo for a tour and I just wanna start off by saying she is one of the nicest property managers I have ever met. We toured and she was very informative, respectful and answered any questions I had. I was able to make a decision the same day!… I have only been a resident at this apartment complex for a week now but she has already met my expectations as a property manager. The property and units are very well taken care of, the rules are strictly followed which I greatly appreciate that the property manager follows through with them! The Harbor is a great place to live. The community is great! The buildings are beautiful, everything is always clean. They have many floor plans and all of them are amazing. Jo, the property manager is the nicest person! We love that our family is making memories here at the Harbor
