The Hamptons at Leonardtown

Living here has been such a great experience! The office staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. It’s clear they truly care about the community and the people who live here. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

anyone saying this place is "WONDERFUL" must just be one of the women who work there being paid to write the review. I lived there for 2 years and this place went down hill, always smells like marijuana, never parking available because people bring 10 friends over at a time. I just moved out and I was charged ridiculous fees. mind you the "amenities" that are supposed to be available are not always. the gate was broken for NINE MONTHS!!!! the pool was rarely open in the summer due to lack of lifeguards, and the machines in the gym are always broken. this place is a joke and some (not all) of the women who work in the front are just rude. this place is overpriced and ridiculous. live anywhere else BUT HERE. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Mrs. Jackson was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Mrs. Herbert does an amazing job keeping the apartments clean and absolutely spotless.

We’ve been living here at The Hamptons for 2 years now & absolutely LOVE it! Our apartment is extremely spacious w/ high end appliances, granite countertops, vinyl flooring, high ceilings, and a huge balcony. The office team Lisa, Nicole & Martha do a great job of maintaining the property making sure everything is kept not only looking beautiful but functioning (automatic doors, security measures, grills, pool itself as well as the patio furniture) You can tell that they actually care about our complex! Also we know them by name because they’ve been here the entire time we have. It’s nice to be able to speak w/ the same person and not have rotating employee turnover like so many other apt complexes do. I love living at The Hamptons. The apartment is very spacious and every unit has a washer and dryer. The building is always clean and fresh. The managers are very friendly and pleasant and always make sure that our needs are met. The maintenance man always fixes our problems big or small the same day we call. The units are a little pricey but the amenities are worth it and the location is perfect.
