After having some issues with ice cold water, due to the water heater. The maintenance team was great at keeping constant communication and making sure that my unit got replaced within a timely manner.

The maintenance boys came sooner than expected to change a faulty ceiling fan and the office did ask if it was okay with me. They were efficient and courteous and cleaned up completely when done.

I applied a month ago. Was denied saying i make too much, even though overtime is not guaranteed. I have now been waiting almost a month to get my refund when i was advised 2-3 weeks at most. I have left multiple voicemails, sent emails, and the rentcafe hangs up on you when you ask for the corporate number. I will be contacting my bank to see if they can dispute the charge. This is horrible, horrible service. They are quick to reach out to you by phone and email to take your money but refuse to cooperate for your refund if you are denied.

Trust me when I say please do not apply here... they are the worst and scam artistes they are connected with grove park apartments, the management is through concord, and application is through cafe system. These people pre- approved me for an apartment, took a $75 application fee. They constantly emailing you to continue the application requesting for a deposit. I completed my application received a email saying I’m denied because my income level is to high... no where on the brochure, website nor in person do they state these apartments are based on income levels. Then when you call and ask them what’s the income level they can’t provide u amount and state they have nothing in writing. Same day they confirmed I’m denied they went in my account and too $200 they are a scam please don’t

Don’t apply here or rent here! They went into my account and took $400. I filed a dispute because I never finished the process or anything. I tried applying but never did and they sent me to collections and never even rented here. Wicked and sick people !
