The Hamilton and Hume House Apartments

I do not normally write posts…… however, In my short time in Nashville I had the pleasure of staying at Hamilton Apartments for a year. It truly was a great place to live. My apartments was clean, well-designed, and consistently maintained, and the common areas always looked nice. Most impressive was howManagement and maintenance were so responsive and easy to work with any request or issue I had, which really makes a difference. Overall, it’s a well-run community that I’ve genuinely enjoyed living in and would recommend.

I can simply say if you’re moving to the area or looking to move and already in Nashville, you simply will not find a better complex and even more so than the complex you will not find a better staff. The management team was incredible and always acted as a liaison to any needs we needed and did so with professionalism and proper attention. With that said, even beyond the management team was the maintenance team, simply put the team here simply made Nashville feel like home, they were always there for us, always helped, acting as true family members within the complex. They were empathetic, professional, and provided technical and maintenance expertise on a level that was bar none. I truly will miss Hume house, and had we not been moving out of state it’s a place I would’ve remained so lon

I lived in the Hamilton side for a year in 2024. It was relatively quiet, at least on the top floor, because there are fewer residents in that building and apartments are more spread out. That being said, my apartment was absolutely tiny. There's no way the actual square footage compares to what was advertised online. There's also basically no storage -- just a couple open shelves in the bathroom. Ultimately, I decided to move because I couldn't tolerate living in such a wildly small space for such a high price. If you're thinking about moving to Hamilton, make sure you see the exact layout you're interested in (preferably furnished) so you get a true sense for the size before signing a lease.

Moved in last week and had a great experience moving in! So far me and my roommate love the rooms, love the kitchen, love the amenities, and the location. I work remotely so wifi has been working and it's been quiet throughout the day.

We lived here for 2 years and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. The floors and walls are paper thin so you’ll hear everything your neighbor is doing, the loud footsteps above especially drove us crazy. Our unit was one of the pricier ones on the Hamilton side, but was unfortunately located wall to wall with the gym. I’ve never seen any apartment complex have a unit share a wall with the gym, and I’ve lived in a lot of buildings. You can hear tenants dropping weights loudly at all hours of the day, I had complained to management and their solution was mats they were going to install in the gym. This took them months to do, I never even actually saw them because they installed them right after we moved out. There were also several times where dogs were off leash on the property, a
