I just want to take a moment to give a shoutout to Leo, the maintenance guy at The Grove Townhomes. He’s always professional, polite, and quick to respond whenever something needs to be fixed. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just patch things up—he makes sure the job is done right the first time. Leo is friendly and approachable, which makes it easy to ask questions about any repairs. He also keeps the area clean after he’s done working, which shows he takes pride in what he does. It really makes a difference living somewhere with reliable maintenance, and Leo is definitely a big part of that. Thank you, Leo, for always going above and beyond.

**MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FOR THE MAINTENANCE TEAM WHO DO A PHENOMINAL JOB** First, when I moved in I was placed into a unit that did not match the description of what I was paying for.. I had to call the leasing office about this and have my rent adjusted accordingly as I was paying for a premium unit and what I had was an outdated unit with no type of upgrades. The windows don't open half the time and if you do manage to get them open good luck getting them to close all the way... A month after move out I'm being sent a bill for "damages" that cost above what my security deposit was. Lets start with the $500 charge for "extra Sealant & Primer on Walls due to coloring & writing" (yes my kids did that for sure) but a 5 gallon bucket of Kilz at Homedepot is literally $100 when calling the

The amount of trash debris and litter this community creates is disgusting. As a homeowner across the street from this community, it is incredibly frustrating to constantly be cleaning up litter that ends up in my yard from this trashy community. I have started to document and report the trash and environmental violations to Baltimore County.

Maintenance here is Great especially Leo. Work orders are completed in a fast timely manner. Leo is respectful and kind upon arrival. Any issues I have he explains the problem and right away has my problem solved. I’ve never been to a community where the maintenance men (Leo) takes pride In his job. Im very appreciative of that because I know that any small or even large problem will be resolved as soon as possible. Even cleaning the community throughout my travels I always see Leo cleaning which is very sanitary of him. Trash cans neatly after trash day. Trash is picked up off the ground daily. I always spot Leo doing a great thing for the community. Keep up the Great work Leo.

Extremely unprofessional. After several attempts and no one responded. A woman named Tracy finally reached back out ..showed up to an appt today and no one was there. I apologize if we gave the impression we needed this place...we wanted to move there. There is a difference. Please stop hiring out of date/mediocre employees. It shows. Please find another place before they hide or delete this review.
