The Grove Brentwood

We had a great experience touring here! The apartments are nice, well-kept, and very reasonably priced. Meg was so helpful and kind throughout the tour. She explained everything clearly and made us feel really comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Danual is an exceptional property manager who leads with professionalism, care, and true dedication. She is highly responsive, attentive, and always prioritizes helping residents. No concern feels too small — she listens carefully and takes action promptly. Her leadership creates a welcoming and well-organized community. She maintains high standards while still being approachable and supportive. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about both the residents and the overall quality of the property. Grove Brentwood is fortunate to have a manager like Danual. Her commitment, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly elevate the living experience here. Highly recommended.

Danielle and Oliver are so friendly. In times when we couldn’t find a property on short notice, they helped us a lot and explained what documentation we needed and how to get it all done since we are South Africans and everything was new to us. We feel very welcome in the complex, and we take notice of continuous upgrades happening to make it a even more nicer complex to live at. When maintenance was needed, someone was always quick to arrive and help us out. We feel very safe where we live, and the management team here are truly people one can rely on. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an affordable and decent sized apartment to move here.

i am finishing up getting the lease on my very first apartment! super excited, meg was the absolute best when it came to explaining everything, she's very detail oriented and so kind and friendly. A huge help overall, i'm excited to move in!
