The Grove at Perry

I have been looking for a forever home for months and I finally got told about the grove. Miss holly was such a huge help with the enrollment process. She was very clear about the instructions and even gave us a little sneak peak at floor plans. She even worked with us threw every little hiccup. If your looking for a wonderful place to have a fresh start with a good and knowledgeable staff I heavily encourage you go with the grove. Definitely see living here for a while

The Grove at Perry is a great place to start if you’re new to the area. The community manager, Holly Benecke, is SO friendly and professional. She provided me with all the community information, what to expect as the construction continues & even recommended a lovely local bakery! ☺️ Ms. Benecke is a pleasure to speak with and I look so forward to moving into my future home at The Grove at Perry!

Don't do the application unless you have perfect credit! It's 250$ and you'll never get it back!

Glad to see new apartments are being setup in Perry. Also love that they will have fiber internet for these apartments. Can’t wait to take a tour of an apartment there as well!
