The Grove at Orchard Park

My Experience Living at the Grove Apartments Since moving back to Idaho Falls I have lived in three apartment complexes. The Grove has been the best experience I’ve had in that time. You may ask what makes the Grove the stand out for me. Price is always a driving force in today’s market, the Grove takes it to a higher level, It’s the management and incredible staff . Dealing with people isn’t always easy, however Melissa and the maintenance crew never waiver . I never walk out the front door without seeing Melissa’s beautiful smile. The maintenance crew are the same their smiles are infectious and their work ethic is spot on. For the first time I feel like renting and living here is my home. Friendly helpful staff. New and clean apartments are spacious top of the line and pet friendly. Has a great meeting room for function and a weight room. Soon to have other amenities being built. Swimming pool, pickle ball court and a park like area to walk you furry friends.

Living here for 3 months so far, loving every minute. Wonderful management always very helpful. A great place for seniors, very quiet and well maintained

Why do you never have people at your front office? Why don’t you ever answer calls or return calls to your residents? Very irritated. Just need some questions answered but it looks like we are not important enough !
