THE WORST MISTAKE YOU'LL EVER MAKE I know it's a little long but PLEASE READ! The reasons listed below are very detailed in why you should avoid trying to live here at all costs: I lived at The Grove at Alban for four miserable years, and I regret every second of it. Management is downright useless — in my experience, they don’t answer phones, don’t follow through on anything, and couldn’t care less about the people who live here. When I moved out, they told me there was a weekend key drop box. There wasn’t. That level of incompetence is business as usual. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. Service requests vanish into thin air, after-hours help is a joke, and I had to deal with a bat inside my apartment because they claimed it “wasn’t an emergency.” I could’ve been exposed to rabi

Some of the five star reviews I've seen on here are from leasing office staff. You'd think they'd be smart enough to not have their picture on the profile, my god... I've lived here for over 4 years and the place has gone to complete hell. Maintenance used to be great, now it's garbage. This is the very definition of a slum. Broken windows boarded up, mice everywhere, roaches, bed bugs, etc. Useless slum lord leasing office that is never actually open when they say it is. Clean up your apartments, Aciento, then fire your staff.

Bianca, Miritza, and Allan were so helpful and patient with my sister, Holli. We really appreciate everything they have done for us, and we're looking forward to a great relationship with the complex. Thank you again💟

Wouldn't Recommend This Place!! I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff here isn’t upfront about anything. Instead of just telling you whether or not you qualify for the apartments, they give you false hope and lead you on. You end up wasting a lot of time and money on a process that ultimately doesn’t go anywhere. To make matters worse, they try to charge you for all sorts of extra things that don’t seem fair or justified. It just feels like a lack of professionalism all around. I really wouldn’t suggest going through this place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
