The Grove at 72nd Apartments

Andrey and Sergei work very hard to get the job done efficiently and quickly. They are a fantastic team! It is a joy to see them on the grounds and they always say hello and they are always friendly and considerate. The Grove at 72nd by far has the best maintenance team in Vancouver! I have lived here 7 years and have never had an issue getting things repaired asap! When I request a repair it is generally done the same day if not the very next day! I wouldn't want to live in any other complex! They take pride in their work and it shows! Thank you Andrey and Sergei for all your hard work! I also want to compliment the staff, Drew and Chase! Sergio and Andrey were wonderful!!! Very professional and respectful. They put in a new dishwasher in no time flat! They reassured me my dog freaking out was ok and not bothering them. This calmed me down...thus my dog calming down. Thank you for the wonderful job Sergio and Andrey. Very pleasant experience. We are happy with the results.

Generally good living here but I have some complaints. My unit when I moved in was advertised as recently remodeled. Day one I noticed deep scratches in the floors, and shoddy caulking around trim and in the bathroom. The poor caulking lead to ants getting in over 2 summers, thankfully they had someone come out and take care of the ants. Overall rules of living here can feel restrictive at times but I don't mind playing ball to avoid fees as I've been in worse and I understand the idea is to strive for good appearances. Grills being no longer allowed on the patios was a sad loss but I accept that. The gate is always broken but I blame the people who've run into the gate more than the property itself. During my time here all of those things have been tolerable inconveniences that would ke
