Worst apartment experience *ever*, seriously avoid this place. They left mold in our apartment for three months before actually doing anything about it, and only did so after we talked about getting a lawyer, AND never took care of the mold under the toilet. They also charged us rent, AFTER we had already moved out.

I moved in last month! I have had a really great so far. First, the staff was extra helpful. I was very stressed out because I had to make a sudden move. Second, my apt is completely perfect; for example the appliances are immaculate etc so I didn’t have little complaints anywhere! Third, it has a very good vibe! Fourth, the neighbors are friendly. I am really glad I moved here! Lindsey and Paula and Michael are like extended family after 3 days!

One star because sadly zero is not an option we moved in here in August last year my partner, and I thought this was our saving grace because of the price however, you are literally getting what you paid for. We also convinced our friends to move in here and they had a black mold issue promptly after moving in. As for us, we have had several maintenance issues and only one has been addressed. Even though we have signed the paperwork for people to come in and fix the other maintenance issues. Not to mention the infestations, there’s a major problems with ants and fleas. Not to mention the Beatles. The only option here is one bedrooms, except for a single two bedroom Apartment has been leased out for years now apparently. There is only one wheelchair friendly option. Dont bother applying. They lied to me about numerous things. I paid my rent and utilities, at the cost of food and other amenities, and even did a thorough job of cleaning my apartment BEFORE I left, which I have photo and video evidence of, and are now trying to harass me for the utilities and a cleaning fee, almost 9 months AFTER I left. Rent was supposed to be $1250. Turns out, they don't mention the natural gas used in the office, the non existent workout area cleaning, pool that hasn't been used/filled in years. Don't let yourself be taken under by sweet promises and get scammed out of your hard earned money.
