We were lucky to meet Russell Grether almost 5 years ago he and all of the team at The Mark & Grether Group were fantastic and made the purchase of our home so easy, they were great. Speed forward 5 years, and sadly our neighborhood was decimated and hit hard when the Palisades fire came barreling through, we were fortunate and while our home was damaged it was still standing but in need of repair and not habitable. Russell Grether actively pursued my listing and made commitments to me which he failed to honor. He pushed me to accept a low offer very early in the listing, a few weeks. He sent me documents to sign, he subsequently denied. He was not honest with me and damaged my property’s reputation to re-list after terminating with Compass. He sold himself and didn’t deliver. Bad experience.
