My wife and I have lived here for about 6 months now while we build our house, and I must say, the communication with the office is awesome! If I have any problems or need something fixed, the office or maintenance person is there within a day or two! The price of rent is great and we’re close to work, so best of both worlds. The manager Glenda and Abby are really nice, I would recommend this place because of their professionalism and commitment to helping the residents 🙌🏼

Diana was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient with me, even after I asked a million questions, and she always helped with a happy face. She guided me through the entire lease renewal process and made everything so easy to understand. She also helped me create my account to submit work orders and took the time to walk me through everything, even when I struggled with technology. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude truly made the experience great. I’ve never liked going to the office, but this was a 10/10 experience!

Overall, the community is quiet and nice, but there are several areas that clearly need improvement. First, the pool on the North side has not been opened for the past three years. Secondly, the gym door frequently malfunctions—you often can’t access it even with a key card. There is also a roach infestation in nearly every apartment. The biggest concern, however, is the behavior of the leasing manager, Abby. While everyone else in the North side office has always been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, Abby has a pattern of issuing sudden lease violations without warning or communication. For example, before I moved in with my boyfriend and had my name added to the lease, he locked himself out. I went to the front office with his permission to ask for help getting back in. Instead o

Outstanding! I lived here for almost a year now and the staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any needs that I have. Absolutely love my 2 bedroom with a fireplace and my own personal balcony where I can sit and unwind after a long day at work. You get more bang for your buck here compared to other nearby properties.

Firstly, delighted with the Ruyelis service, I help to get options adjusted to my budget and requirement, I like my apartment in my home, my experience has really been good, they are all friendly and try to respond as soon as possible, I recommend it as a central option and economically accessible.
