I really don’t have many issues but it takes maintenance far too long to respond to issues . I still have yet to get my countertops fixed from when I first moved in . I have been promised several times that this would be done then a manager changes . I really feel cheated bc of that . I would give 4 to 5 stars but my issue has not been fixed . I should put 1 or 2 but I’ll give 3.. now I’m at a 1 this incompetent person in the office literally told me that filing was on the 20th I asked twice and she still stated of the dates change . No apologies or nothing . I get really irritated. And frustrated bc the only nice person is the male and the office manager is barely even there . No compassion no nothing when she out here giving wrong information

Told me washer/dryer in unit, when I get there no washer/ dryer is in unit. The manager said they don't come with them. No handicap parking for residents near apartments. Partly my fault for not double checking them or other nearby apartments. Staff is okay, manager was below average on people skills.

Maintenance- He is the sweetest,most mannerable man ever. He was in and out! Had to order the part,and when the part arrived came he was in and out in no time!😍

This work order was done there next day after I submitted it. Water heater was fixed and the filter was changed. Very happy with the response time. Friendly, fast service!

Great tour, great staff. Love that covered parking is available. This complex has a small rent break for veterans.
