The Greens at Columbia Apartments

We Felt AT HOME as soon as we arrived! Mr. Kaleem Stepherson welcomed me and my grandmother in as we were visiting for a tour! He was very professional, patient and recommended a perfect fit for my retired grandma as we are looking for an apartment near family! Mr. Kaleem Stepherson tour exceeded our expectations! Everything was was perfect and he gave a HOME SWEET HOME feeling! It was really hard searching for an apartment in Columbia as most rental offices and leasing managers are rude and unprofessional….this customer service and Property manager really had my grandmother happy and comfortable with choosing to live here. The property is also BEAUTIFUL!

Been living here since 2021. It was good at first then they start changing office people with not the best hospitality. Will try to over charge for normal wear and tear after lease is up but don’t pay it trust me. Maintenance sucks like really terrible. The young guy was good but he is gone now. the other guy who is always here does things with attitude and no effort really. Constant problems with closets coming off track, cold coming through windows at alarming rate, toilet handles break easy, door lock problems. Need new maintenance for sure.

Shamara Nanton she helped me a lot. She did her job getting me in this apartment complex and the maintenance did their job. I really love it here. I think you guys so much. Took a whole lot to get here but now I’m here.

Awful management team. I have complained about the exposed dumpsters in the parking lot which impede the fire lanes. There is a gentleman in my building that needs emergence care from time to time and the ambulance can't safely get through. There is dog feces everywhere and cigarette butts strewn all over. I let them know but its never taken care of. The community could be beautiful but these folks DONT CARE

I wanted to acknowledge that the maintenance young man (Joe) came to repair my sink a week ago, he did such a excellent job very professional, polite and respectful! Joe always does such an excellent job whenever he comes to repair anything (which I don't need often) Thank you so much Joe!!! Ms. Yolanda (P01-G)
