The Greens at Chestnut Ridge

I’ve been a tenant at The Greens for 5 years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Leah and Mike have always taken care of my property promptly and professionally — any issue I’ve had was handled expeditiously and with great communication. It’s clear they truly care about keeping the community well-maintained and residents happy. I couldn’t ask for a better management team or place to call home!

Where to start with this place. Upon move in we were told not to put our children on the lease. We sat in their office and told them how many and how old they were. Almost half a year later after living there, I needed a paper filled with all the children’s names. Leah (office manager) calls me claiming they had no idea we had that many children and that we lied and broke our lease. She proceeded to belittle us and threaten us with CPS. Yet all of my children have a bed and girls and boys did not share a room. She threatens she was going to evict us with no time to find anywhere to go. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I just moved out after 2 years of living here and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Maintenance and the office team are responsive and address any work tickets within a few hours. The complex was clean and the rent was very fair for the area. Thanks to Leah and the rest of the team for a great experience!

I have known Michael and Leah for years, and their commitment to exceptional service is truly commendable. Although I'm not a tenant at this apartment complex, every interaction with them has been outstanding. They consistently go above and beyond to assist with various needs, reflecting their genuine care for tenants. Their kindness, helpfulness, and dedication make this complex a standout choice for anyone seeking a positive living experience.

We have lived here for almost 5 years. They have cleaned up over grown shrubbery & planted fresh. Little is more the landscaping needs to keep plants etc.at minimum. Maintained is key & an expense. Shrubbery over 3ft before safety issue now clean neat. Added pagoda with tables & fireplace. Nice touch although we are missing umbrella bases & need two more umbrellas . Pool is cleaned & patrolled. Those bushes in that area need to be trimmed or removed also for they are servly over grown. Hello summer parties are fun along with special activities planned for year. Quiet setting close to city. Many dog lovers out walking dogs but management does enforce waste removal for all the owners & lease requirements. We have some maintenance issues all get resolved in timely manner.
