The Greens at Cedar Chase Apartment Homes

My husband and I have had a horrible experience living at Greens at Cedar Chase in Dover, DE managed by CT Management LLC. The worst apartment experience we have ever had. Long story short management is unprofessional and neglectful at this point. We moved in the end of Dec. Amongst other issues, we noticed our ceiling began to leak between the living room and kitchen area on April 2nd. Our ceiling continued to leak due to the source of the leak being difficult to find. On May 20th maintenance opened a hole in the ceiling in attempts to fix the leak again. Finally the week of June 30th they were able to locate the source of the leak and it stopped. However the hole still remains open in our ceiling. It has been over 90 days (3 months out of 6 that we have lived here so far) dealing with th

If youre looking for a nice apartment dont look here. We currently live here and it will be the worst decision ive ever made. They dont fix things. None of our doors actually close or lock my front Door is broken and has been since January 2025. None of our windows are sealed and were near the woods so all the spiders flies ants and Crickets are inside my house all the time. My infant was Sent to the er over spider bites Because they refused to come spray or Do anything. Weve already contacted the landlord via certified mail with no response we went to the housing authority no help from them either since were a military family our next step is letting them know so they can put this disgusting place on the do not rent list. ALSO DONT COMPLAIN TO THE APARTMENTS IN PERSON THEY STARTED RETALIA

Don’t bother… Pitch a tent, go to a shelter, do ANYTHING other than renting here. Management is extremely unprofessional basically out right rude and maintenance is terrible due to direction of management so if it’s broken it will stay that way. These photos are on Move In day! This is what I moved into. And they are charging $1650 month for a 2 bedroom and they charge $15 a month for trash removal and it’s always trash everywhere. FYI You also pay for water and sewage.. My first bill was $217. (For water)

Potential renter here - stopped by to tour one of the units, Lexi was very knowledgable and friendly (as was Diane (?) whom I spoke with over the telephone prior to my visit). The unit itself was very nice, no carpeting (a big plus for those of us with allergies, and apparently something that is gradually being done complex-wide), with a huge kitchen and a very nice and roomy layout. While I am more interested in something with 2 stories, if I do end up choosing a 1 story flat, this would most likely be my choice between the apartment/complex features/amenities as well as the helpful and friendly nature of the staff.

This community's management structure has just undergone an overhaul. The new property manager is completely fantastic to work with. Specifically, Lexi Marquez. Under the last regime, we were dissatisfied and looking at other apartment projects in the area. But, since Lexi took over, every concern and every need we had was promptly and courteously addressed. No matter how minor the issue, Lexi not only hopped right on it and fixed the issues, but also even followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend this community, so long as Lexi comes with it, lol.
